Project manager

This person is responsible for team unity, motivates the team, organizes the work process. The project manager oversees the entire product development process to ensure that each sprint is completed on time. When the sprint is overed, PM shows you a product demo to get feedback and approval. In addition, the project manager keeps in touch with you.

UI / UX designer

The design is a milestone that determines the direction of the whole project. User interface and user experience designer analyzes design requirements, identifies user difficulties, and effectively solve them through design. The designer creates a frame and a prototype.

Web developer

Programmers play a decisive role in the web development team. We use the following technologies for site development:

QA engineer
